Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Promote employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.and procedures in line with company goals.
