  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Promote employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.and procedures in line with company goals.
